A spacious, newly renovated 95-square-meter holiday home located in the hilly area of Menaggio, offering sweeping views of Lake Como, a small outdoor garden, and convenient free private parking.
The house is fully equipped and located on the ground floor. It consists of: two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a private garden.
The house has been completely renovated; the interior is generally modern in style, though you’ll also find some antique furniture.
Outside the house, you’ll find a small table and a comfortable bench where you can relax or eat.
Outside, you’ll also find our garden equipped with lounge chairs and a beach umbrella, from which you can enjoy a partial view of Lake Como.

Easy comms from start to finish and we appreciated the clear direction in finding the property. Riccardo was very responsive and very helpful.Well placed in a beautiful town and lovely views of the lake.It was a very clean and spacious property and we had a lovely time there.We would certainly recommend this property.

I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay and how accommodating Riccardo was. (He was so sweet to help with my allergy issues). The place was amazing. We enjoyed walking to the local Pizza Restaurant (A wide selection of food, not just pizza). It was truly a highllight of our trip.

Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, reagiert umgehend auf Fragen und sofern ein Problem auftaucht, löst er dieses sofort. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt.
