This very central, welcoming, quiet and functional 30m² loft can accommodate up to two people. It offers an independent solution in one of the most fascinating neighborhoods of the city: Trastevere, rich in tradition and nightlife, good food, entertainment but also ancient bakeries and markets to live an authentic Roman experience. This historic district is known for its charming streets, its renowned restaurants and for that atmosphere of times gone by that you can still breathe there. Living in Trastevere is a magical experience, walking through its alleys makes you believe that time in this place passes more slowly and that the frenzy of the metropolis has not affected the genuineness of its residents, still an authentic expression of Romanity. Trastevere is that place where history and tradition blend in a completely original way with urban and underground culture. This makes the thirteenth district of the Capital a privileged showcase both of its historical-architectural past and of the new artistic and musical impulses that have seen the light here. The nightlife of Trastevere is one of the most appreciated by the Romans themselves and extends throughout the area of the district, from Piazza Trilussa to Piazza San Cosimato, passing through the charming Piazza San Callisto. The location is perfect for visiting on foot many monuments and places of historical and cultural interest in Rome. The charming alley remains silent and guarantees privacy to customers.
The loft is for the exclusive use of guests, therefore unregistered people are not allowed. The kitchen is fully equipped, sheets and towels are included in the price, but we offer for a fee the possibility of having an extra cleaning service during your stay, as well as a change of linen. Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the structure. The loft is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to live your Roman adventure to the fullest. Smart TV, unlimited internet, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer and much more. Rent House Rome can provide you only on request: sparkling wine, flowers etc. We try to fulfill all your requests.
The loft is located on the ground floor and overlooks the internal courtyard of the building. You can access it from the building or from the secondary door to the condominium courtyard.
Getting to Trastevere by public transport is very simple, and we will give you all the tips so you don't get lost around the city! If you are on the metro, take the B line to the Colosseo stop, then continue on foot for 850 meters to the Piazza Venezia stop, where you can take Line 8 to the Piazza Venezia-Casaletto stop and get off at the Ippolito Nievo stop. From here, just cross the street to find yourself in front of the apartment. An alternative to this route could be to get off at Piramide, still on the B metro line, and take the 3B bus, towards Trastevere Station, getting off at the Ippolito Nievo stop. If you have just arrived in Rome, by train, from Termini station it will be a breeze to reach Trastevere, since you will just have to take the H bus and after only 6 stops get off at the Ippolito Nievo stop. If you have decided to have a Roman holiday in the name of relaxation and without worrying about your wallet, you can always opt for a taxi, certainly the fastest means of transport, but also the most expensive. From Rome Termini station, to reach Trastevere you will spend around 30 euros, and, if you travel between 10:30 p.m. and 6 a.m., you will also pay a supplement of 3 euros.
