- A dining area and a seating area with sofa, armchairs and TV.

This room opens onto a covered terrace equipped with a dining table for 6 people,

- Room 2 with bunk beds in 90,

- Room 3 with bed in 140

A large independent bathroom with double basin and walk-in shower

- an independent toilet.

Surrounded by a 500 m² garden, you can park your vehicle safely.

Villa Des Verdier is located in a secure and quiet residence, 5 minutes from the city center and the beach, newly built is offers all the current comfort and air conditioning, ideally designed to comfortably accommodate 6 people, it consists of:

- 3 bedrooms (1 with bed in 160, 1 with bunk beds, 1 with bed in 140),

-1 beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower,

- 1 laundry room with washing machine,

- independent toilet,

- possibility to park the car on the ground

- Fenced garden of 500 m²,

We offer as an option: cleaning and laundry (on request upon reservation)

Andernos les bains is a small, human-sized and very lively town, located in the north of the Bassin d'Arcachon, surrounded by other municipalities such as Ares, Lanton, Lege cap ferret.
