The 18 m² large pool has a slide for the children to enjoy. Utterly spacious and well-dimensioned, the house contains 2 distinct bedroom sections, both consisting of a bathroom and an extra bathroom adjacent to the pool area. The living room is tastefully furnished and has a stereo set, TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. The activity room has table tennis, billiards, electronic darts and table football. There are more TV as well as a PlayStation4. In the garden you will find a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). There is a charger for both electric and hybid cars. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth groups.
