2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with wonderful Panoramic Ocean Views perfect for your next vacation escape. Downtown Pismo Beach, Pier, Restaurants and Shops are only 2 blocks away.

Living Room has a Queen Size Sofa sleeper and a Flat screen TV with upgraded cable, gas fireplace and spectacular ocean views. There is an air mattress as well. There is only enough linens for the sofa sleeper or the air mattress. Not both. Balcony off Living Room with expansive ocean views. Wireless Internet. Kitchen is completely equipped with all major appliances and granite countertops. Ceiling fans throughout unit. Washer and dryer. Primary bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed, TV with streaming options, and great ocean views. Second bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size bed, TV with upgraded cable and a courtyard garden view.

Elevator from the parking (ground) floor. 1 secured parking space, 1 open-air parking space (parking pass required which is issued at check-in).

July 4th Pismo

Amazing location and rental. Definitely recommend! Only downside was the loud garbage trucks, traffic and nearby construction in the very early morning.

The complex is located just a few blocks from the beach and everything needed during our stay. The unit was very comfortable and nice with plenty of room. Check in and check out was easy with very friendly hosts.

Great place. Beautiful views.

It suited our needs very well. Close to everything. Enjoyed walking to beach, shopping, restaurants. I was concerned with no ac, but not needed. Pismo is nice place and this was a great place to stay.

Perfect fit

Great place, quiet complex, right in the middle of everything. 2 minute walk to the ocean, Scorpion Bay coffee shop, and nice places to eat. 15 minute drive to Cal Poly and 10 minutes to SLO. We’ll try to reserve here in the next college football seasons to come.

Fun location

The condo is in a great location. The unit was clean. Some of the furniture and fixtures needed to be repaired. The property management company was easy to communicate with.

Everything was great except the windows and window blinds need to be cleaned and fixed so they can be raised to allow one to open the windows.

Wonderful Location

Overall, a great stay. Only 2 issues that could have been better. 1) Swivel chair was broken and not very comfortable. 2) We rented movies but found the DVD player inoperable. No connecting cable to tv. Had to “borrow” one from one of the bedroom DVD players.

A couple of items need attention: Guest bathroom fan needs replacing; MB toilet not working properly; Guest bathsink cold water faucet leaking. I’m sure Coastal Vacations and owner will be fixing these issues. Very nice place to stay. It is a non smoking building and quiet. It is not a “party” place which is appreciated.
