Had a fantastic time here
Had a fantastic time here, house fully equipment to allow for such a relaxing, no struggle holiday. Garden sauna & tub was easy to use and added a great treat to everyones holiday. Location spot on for all ages. Whether you like to drive, walkcycle the choice is yours, amenities well within a walk but still with seclusion at the cottage. Caretaker was lovely and so helpful. Id love to come back and do more activities in the area. Absolutely without a doubt Id recommend.

Fantastic house
House was great, clean on arrival. The centre of Aviemore is only 20 walk . We used the hot tub and sauna while we were there. The noise from road didn’t bother us at all . We had a great time and are already talking about booking again for the near future.
The water spray bottle for sauna was broken , just needs replaced .

The house was extremely comfortable and very warm
The house was extremely comfortable and very warm. It was lovely to find a welcome pack when we arrived for both us and our dog it was much appreciated after a long drive. Communication was excellent with the owner who was very attentive. Aviemore itself is a great base for numerous
activities which kept out two sixteen year olds very busy throughout the week. The train to Inverness was fantastic and a trip to the beach at Nairn was enjoyed too. Thank you for a lovely week.

Overall good and just small details!
Location
Look and feel of home
Instructions for home use.
We would happily stay here again and the observations below easily remedied. Albeit, just need to accept ongoing road noise from A road.
Given the price, areas for fixing.
Very loose toilet roll holder
Very loose towel rail holder
Beds soft and that was echoed across everyone.
En-suite papering coming away and needed touch up.
Hadn’t appreciated no access to garage otherwise would have stored bikes there.
No access to upstairs cupboards, but appreciated storage used for other! We use the clothes rail provided.
TV reception was constantly interrupted due to traffic and location of Ariel.
Back door lock didn’t quite engage and needed a strong close of door to engage lock a little!
There was no available pipe to take water away from hot tub and away from decking.
We have to give hot tub a good clean before first use. There was a visible water line when we got to it.
