Beautiful Ranch Style Hill Country home, built on top of a hill on 10 acres, is located amongst many of the Dripping Springs wedding venues, Hamilton Pool Preserve, wineries, distilleries, the Pedernales River, and Reimers Ranch Park for swimming, fishing, kayaking, rock climbing and mountain biking! The house is a spacious open floor plan, artfully and comfortably decorated, with 4 downstairs bedrooms and a spacious loft that sleeps a total of 11-12 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, three bedrooms have queens, and the loft has a trundle bed and futon for sleeping 3 adults comfortably or 4 children. The loft is accessible by a spiral staircase. There is an expansive back porch with panoramic views of the Hill Country, great for bird watching, entertaining, watching the outdoor TV, or relaxing. There is also an outdoor shower, fire pit, bar-b-que pit and smoker. Property includes a swimming pool and hot tub, spring fed swimming hole (seasonal), and lighted sand volleyball and basketball courts. This is a prime location for popular outdoor activities in and around the Austin TX. area or hanging out all weekend at the property. The expansive kitchen makes it easy to entertain or spend family time without having to leave the property.

Dripping Springs Getaway!

Robin has a beautiful home and property! Everything was so clean, and her plants all over the house are gorgeous! It was a refreshing stay inside and out. The pool and hot tub were also clean and the kitties were an extra treat. Would love to stay here again!

Peaceful Retreat

The host, Robin, was very accommodating. The sound of nature and the gorgeous views of the hills were the perfect way to press the reset button for our family’s busy life. The house was spacious and had everything we needed.

Beautiful getaway!

The house is absolutely beautiful and had enough room to comfortably accommodate our family of 9 adults ... the back patio is the perfect spot to relax, and the hot tub and pool area provides a great place for the whole family to be together and have fun! Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway spot. Wish we could have stayed for a week!

Property was in a perfect location. The home was beautiful. We spent an entire day out by the pool. The pool area was like a resort. Clean, clear water with beautiful landscaping. This property was perfect for our stay. The pool was a huge hit for the whole family and we spent many hours playing in it. Mornings were spent on the back porch enjoying the peace and quiet while watching the hummingbirds feed on the flowers surrounding the home. We spent two evenings playing volleyball in the sand volleyball court. My daughter loved it!We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to others. Friends Weekend Relaxation

Robin- the house met our expectations and then some!!! We had 10 adults in our group. We literally stayed by the pool all weekend, relaxed & enjoyed your backyard view. I definitely recommend this house for a group like ours or family. Robin was a great host!!

This was our family’s second stay at this Hill Country retreat. It’s a lovely home in a beautiful area with beautiful views, a beautiful pool and everything you will need for a relaxing family get together. Robin is so helpful and always available to answer questions. There is much to do in the area, but we were content to just enjoy the beautiful property.

Beautiful Home!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Robin was a great host, she greeted us and showed us around the beautiful property and explained how everything worked. The house was spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The kids loved the pool, the beds were comfortable. The views were gorgeous and property overall was fantastic. Robin was great and made us feel at home. I look forward to booking again next year!!!

Wedding Weekend

The property was perfect. Wish Robin our host could be my next door neighbor she was so great and welcoming. Had 11 family membrs stay for daughter's wedding in Dripping Springs, hosted a 40 pax BBQ which was perfect for the property. Only draw back is I wish I could have stayed longer and really enjoy such a beautiful place. Robin thank you so much for makig everything so special.

The property was beautiful. The entire house was amazing along with the property.

We were in town for my sons wedding. We stayed Thurs thru Sunday. It was a 30 min drive from the property to Memory Lane, but it was a beautiful drive and not a problem for us at all. The house was beautiful and spacious, with the hot tub, fire pit and bar-b-que pit for our use. We used all but the pool and swimming hole while there. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. We will be going back this summer to enjoy all of the amenities and the wineries.

Beautiful country Home

It was great. Plenty of open space. The beds were comfy. The wild life was impressive! The pool was Awesome! Loved that it had an RO water system. It was a bit further out of town than we are used too but it was doable. We cook most of our meals so our only suggestion would be upgrading the pans. We as a family give it a 10 out of 10! Thank you

Dripping Springs Oasis

We could not have been more impressed with Robin and her beautiful home. She met us as soon as we arrived and provided information and directions to help us get acquainted with the home. The views from this place are amazing, just keep in mind you are roughly 20 minutes to Dripping Springs and their various breweries and distilleries. Communication was great and always felt that if we needed anything, she was just a text or phone call away. Thanks!!

Amazing Birthday Trip

This property blew my expectations away. Beautiful house with lots of comfortable room for everyone, on a beautiful piece of land, and an amazing pool that was SO fun and refreshing in this crazy June heat we're having. The pictures don't do justice to the reality of the property. Home owner responds immediately. Kids were thrilled to see some deer and a couple of little foxes, and the two SWEET outdoor kittens were a HIT ♥️ Can't recommend enough!!!!!!

Great for a family stay. Great yard with beautiful veiw and pool-- no need to drag everything down to a river. Nice grass for the kids to play on and a great grill also! Next time we won't have to bring our own. Beds are super comfy and kitchen is well stocked. The owner acutally lives there, so she will meet you and walk you through the place. She even has a nice herb and veggie garden! Only thing I might have wanted is that we could have used another bathroom for such a large house, but it wasn't an issue as we just shared :) We will be back next year Lord willing :)

Dripping Springs retreat during family wedding

The property is absolutely beautiful with endless amenities for an extended family get-together. The house is lovely and meticulously decorated by Robin, the owner, as it is her family home. Even better than the house were the outdoor amenities with numerous comfortable seating and conversation areas. Needless to say, the pool and hot tub were endlessly entertaining for our grandchildren. T

Rehearsal dinner

My husband bought this amazing property right out of college and we decided to build when we started our family. Owned by an artist and engineer, the place is unique and beautifully decorated for a homey and casual feel. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. It's private, peaceful and comfortable.

Our home has so many unique qualities not found in most rental properties, from the panoramic views, privacy, custom artwork and stained glass windows, decorating and landscaping. We live in the hub of hill country outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, swimming, Hamilton Pool Preserve, Westcave Preserve, Reimers Ranch Park, wineries and wedding venues.
