We have combined all 3 separate suites to make available our private Beach House as one rental. Renting all 3 private suites totals 5 bedrooms, 3 bathroom home for a larger group occupying the entire first and second floors. Plus a trundle daybed in each living room sleeps 4 more. Just totally rebuilt after Hurricane Ian, everything is new and updated.
This charming sun filled beach house invites you to visit the pristine white Gulf beaches of Sanibel Island! Just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf on a private road. Leave your worries behind as our kitchen is fully equipped, fresh sheets, towels, etc included. All beach access is free.
Rentals of kayaks, jet skis, bikes and mopeds available. Bike trails throughout the island make it easy to explore all the hidden treasures on Sanibel, including the mangroves on the Bay, parks, bird sanctuaries, our lighthouse, as well as great boutique shopping and restaurants.
Away from the bustle of neighbors and busy streets, this tranquil setting will win your hearts. You will lose yourself in Sanibel's Island Time, our laid back approach to a peaceful vacation. With everything available close by; shopping, great restaurants, and wildlife parks, you set the pace.

Entire home Sanibel

We rented the entire house for 6 days and it was perfect for our group. The home was very clean and the host was responsive. It is a short, easy walk to the beach and there are loads of backpack beach chairs! Bring your own shade. We rented bikes and used them to get most everywhere on the island. We would stay here again!

Great Beach House for Large Group

Our family of all ages had a wonderful time staying here with plenty of room for all 15 of us and our dogs. The home was perfectly described. The owner was great and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was conveniently located to beach wedding event locations. Did not need to leave the island. Home provided great sleeping option.

Great Experience!

We rented all 3 units for our family group of 6 adults and 3 children. It was terrific! A typical old Florida style house, less than a block from the beach, with plenty of room for family members to gather, kids to play, etc. Very private. Very comfortable. We met the property owner once and she was very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend this property.
