The ground floor has a large living room with a sofa, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. On the 1st floor you can find 2 bedrooms with a double bed, and 2 bathrooms with a shower. On the top floor there's a wellness room, where you can enjoy in a jacuzzi, sauna and fitness equipment. Outside in the yard, the guests can relax in a private swimming pool or socialize with their favourite barbecue dishes. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has underfloor heating and offers 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
