A newly refurbished ground floor apartment in a purpose built block, less than 200m level walk from the beach and 250m from the town centre.
This well appointed apartment has a spacious double room and a king sized sofa bed in the lounge, making it very comfortable for a family of four or two couples.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'd wish for, and there's a full sized dining table and chairs for eating in.
The apartment has its own parking space right alongside and there's even a private patio area for an al fresco glass of wine or morning coffee.

Central Swanage "bolt-hole"

Comfortable and central accommodation for the two of us, with most of the facilities we needed to hand. Local shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance and the bedroom is quiet at night.

Great location for a seaside break

We had a lovely couple of days in Swanage. The property was in a great location, just 5 minutes walk into the town. The flat was clean with all the basics needed. The Vrbo app was difficult to navigate to find directions and check-in information. We did manage to contact the hosts before our stay and they were very helpful.

Wonderful weekend.

We thought property was on sea front looking at the picture on line. It was short walk so was not a problem. The property was lovely bit of a hickup sorting key but problem soon solved. Bedding supplied for sofa bed but no towels. It is a lovely flat every thing we needed. Very peaceful pleasant area. We had one of the best weekends ever. Loved swanage will be back. Our Son spoke to the owner via phone he said he is a very pleasant gentleman. Thank you for the use of your lovely flat. Sorry a wine glass got broke we left it out to show you but did not have time to replace as we were just leaving, we are more than prepared to pay for it.
