Just completely renovated, the apartment has a large living area with a dining table for 4 people and a well equipped kitchenette. A large Smart TV with all the Apps for your enjoyment. There are 2 bedrooms each with a King Size Bed in. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the second bedroom has use of the family bathroom which has a bath with shower.

Rather uniquely for Bath the building has a lift which is located outside the apartment (please note there are still steps to access).

The whole place is yours to enjoy during your stay, with key code access for the main door into the building and a key (accessed via a lock box) for the apartment itself.

This is a city centre property so is in the midsts of the hustle and bustle but once the windows are shut its very quiet and most street noise dissipates by early evening - no bars or pubs nearby.

There is no parking with the property but within a 4 minute walk is the Southgate Car Park where you can park for long stays, is £18 per 24hrs. You can get near to the apartment to drop off luggage - ask for more details.
