The location of the property was amazing, could not fault that at all. The property needs a little TLC. There was damp and paint falling off the walls in one of the bedrooms.
The living area wasn't very cozy or comfortable. A couple of new sofas is all that's required to make it 100% more comfortable. One of the sofas was falling to bits, the other was a cheap office sofa bed with no arms. We were only there for 3 nights, so we could put up with the lack of comfort. For the price I might expect a little more to be a repeat customer.

In need of a revamp
The property is very outdated, and in need of a total overhaul. Who has ever heard of heating or hot water but not both at the same time! Everything feels like it is done on the cheap and maximised for profit without any investment. The only property I have ever stayed in (and that includes the continent) that has no internet or wifi. This isn't because there is no reception at the property but more that the owners feel its an unnecessary expense, The redeeming factor is the property location. Five star for that but only 1 star for facilities and property standard. What a failed opportunity this property is.
