New Addition 2015 - St Marys Cottages No1 is an excellent end of terrace house situated in the delightful village of Low Newton just a few yards away but overlooking the beautiful beach and natural harbour of St Mary's Haven.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and grill, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine. TV/DVD player, CD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Highchair available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed gardens, patio area, patio furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.1 miles. Great location. Lacking comfort and TLC

The location of the property was amazing, could not fault that at all. The property needs a little TLC. There was damp and paint falling off the walls in one of the bedrooms. The living area wasn't very cozy or comfortable. A couple of new sofas is all that's required to make it 100% more comfortable. One of the sofas was falling to bits, the other was a cheap office sofa bed with no arms. We were only there for 3 nights, so we could put up with the lack of comfort. For the price I might expect a little more to be a repeat customer.
