A lovely and modern one bedroom, one bathroom apartment located in the popular complex known as El Faro, ideally located just a few minutes from Estepona port, playa de La Rada and a short walk from old town. This property offers comfortable accommodation for up to three guests and is ideal for couples and small families looking for a quiet place close to the beach and all amenities. This accommodation has a modern living room with a sofa bed and a dining table for up to four guests and a flatscreen TV with international channels including Sky TV as well as a high speed fibre optic internet connection throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for your stay and a small laundry room available for your use. The stylish bedroom has a king size bed (150x190cm) and is equipped with a central air conditioning system and plenty of cupboard space. A north facing balcony with beautiful mountain views and partial sea views with an extra outdoor dining area. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, WC and sink. There is additional storage space in the built-in wardrobes located by the entrance hall of the apartment. The complex offers a community pool that is open all year round and there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a short walk. Only street parking is available around the complex. Alles okay nur die Küchen Ausstattung mangelhaft.Herdplatten funktionieren nur zur Hälfte, Toaster defekt,Besteck, Teller und Töpfe von dem was man benötigt ist zu wenig da und das was man nicht benötigt ist in größerer Menge vorhanden.
