Smoking is not permitted.

Check-in time for the apartment is from 3:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible and will incur an additional charge. This depends on availability.
Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
Check-out time can be extended upon request and subject to availability. There will be an additional charge depending on the time.

Late-night check-in to the apartment must be paid in cash.
The fees based on time are as follows:

- Between 9:00 PM and 9:45 PM: €15.
- Between 9:45 PM and 10:30 PM: €25.
- 10:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. will be 35€
- 11:30 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. will be 45€
- 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. will be 50€
- 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.: €60
- From 1:00 a.m. onward: €100

On the day of your checkout, you must leave the corresponding amount for any extra services along with the apartment keys.
If you do not leave this amount,
you will be billed through the platform, and platform and service fees will also be added.
You will receive 3 sets of keys; loss will result in a charge of 40 euros for each set of keys not returned.

Keys must never be left in the lock on the inside of the apartment; the cost of a locksmith will be borne by the guest.

A baby cot and pets will incur an extra charge of 35€. You must notify us in advance regarding both pets and the need to set up a cot.

If a reservation is modified to reduce the number of nights after 48 hours have passed since the reservation was made, a penalty of 30% of the cost of the cancelled night will apply.
