Un bon séjour

L’architecture de la maison, l’espace La maison est ancienne, c’est aussi ce qui fait son charme mais les canalisations des salles de bains sentaient très mauvais pdt tout le séjour 2 des 4 bains de soleil est très vétustes dont un partiellement cassé.

Uma pérola no Algarve.

A arquitectura mediterrânea da casa com vista para o mar. O silêncio e a tranquilidade do espaço e da zona, algo já tão raro no Algarve. O facto de se poder ir por caminhos pedonais para as praias do Burgau e Luz ao longo das arribas junto ao mar. 14/06/25 Manutenção da casa. Informar os arrendatários que tipo de serviços e horários vão ser prestados na propriedade, nomeadamente trabalhos de jardinagem e aspiração da piscina, para não se ser apanhado de surpresa!

Séjour de rêve à la Casa do Barco au Portugal. Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique dans une maison avec un charme fou. Le lieu était idéal et calme. Maria qui s’occupait de la maison a été très réactive et adorable. Et toute l’équipe d’Allure Villa est au top. Bref on refera c’est certain ! 02/11/24

Sehr schönes Haus mit regelrechter Terrassenlandschaft und schönem Pool. Haus und Terrasse sind von portugiesischem Architekt und portugiesischer Konzeptkünstlerin. Ein echtes Juwel unter der algavischen Ferienarchitektur. Schöne Orginalbilder der beiden Künstler im Haus. Innen hat es auch nordische Anklänge. Das Haus ist noch weitgehend in dem sehr charmanten Originalzustand einschließlich der einfache Bäder. Die Schlichtheit ist einem Ferienhaus angemessen. Schrankplatz ist knapp, aber in einem Ferienhaus auch nicht erste Priorität. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt von Gärtner und Housemaid, die jede Wiche kommen. Großes Grundstück mit älterem Kiefernbestand um das Haus. Gute Lage, wunderbarer Blick. Die Siedlung wirkt noch nicht zugebaut. Burgau und Luz sind über den Klippenweg auch ohne Auto gut erreichbar.
