It is located in a villa with two completely independent apartments (ground floor with direct access to the porch and the garden is rented, EVERYTHING THAT IS SEEN IN THE PHOTOS IS OF EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE HOST) in the best urbanization of Malaga capital (Urb. Padlock) very close to the beach of El Palo- El Candado, with spectacular views of the bay, recently renovated. (INTERNET ACCESS FREE WIFI AND TELEVISION BY SATELLITE WHERE YOU CAN SEE TV IN ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN ... ETC). It consists of 2 bedrooms, plus extra bed. Large fully equipped kitchen. Large living room, 2 full bathrooms, beautiful garden of 500 m equipped with all outdoor furniture to enjoy the spectacular views. IN THE PRICE IS INCLUDED:
1º) THE ACCESS OF ALL THE SERVICES OF THE PRIVATE CLUB 'EL CANDADO' (see photos and web page). You can enjoy 3 swimming pools, 1 olympic, 1 of 25 meters and another child, use the changing rooms and showers on the beach of El Candado, free nursery for Friday-Saturday and Sunday, free parking within the marina itself

 . Paddle and tennis courts free of charge from Monday to Friday in the morning (until 1:00 p.m.) and weekends (from 2 p.m.). Free use of the club gym, Golf course 200 m away with special prices. In the vicinity you can enjoy your favorite sports diving, kayaking, sailing, golf, bicycles ...
2nd) When you wish you can also use free enclosed private urbanization in Marbella with lawn, swimming pools, hammocks ... in the very first beach line and in the best beach in Marbella, 200 m from Niki Beach and the Hotel Don Carlos ( See photos of Marbella beach and pool).

Amazing stay - hosts were friendly and very communicative. The place was great for our family of 4. Access to the Club Candado and its various amenities was a huge plus. Parking our car was easy and trips by car to downtown were only about 15 min. Outdoor space was great with breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. Would absolutely rent again.

Wonderful apartment

Everything you could need, including fabulous terrace.Excellent hosts who live above the apartment.Car necessary for the drive down to El Palo, from there frequent, cheap bus into Malaga.Highly recommended.

Lovely place with minor reservations

The property has a beautiful garden with spectacular views. It would however benefit from some soundproofing in the apartments as quite a lot of noise could be heard from the floor above.

Jeff, I admit that in SPAIN we are a bit noisy, especially if there is a good soccer game... But we believe that for a day with a little more noise than normal due to the BARSA FOOTBALL - REAL MADRID match, it does not require soundproofing everything apartment ..

Spectacular views!

Amazing welcome from the hosts and then we didn't see them again, dpesite them living above the propery. The aprtment is very well equiped and the out seating area and view is out of this world! We even made use of the BBQ. My only negative would be the location of the property due to the steep hills the surround the place in all directions. If you have a car it's 100% fine though as the parking situation is very convenient.

Magnificent!

This is an outstanding property for one or two couples. Not only is there a spacious flat with two bathrooms and plenty of lounging chairs and sofas, but there is a beautiful, perfectly maintained garden in full flower in January (lantanas, hibiscus and bougainvillée) and a covered area for long siestas. A car is essentail for the roads ares steep and the shops and beaches are 5 minutes away by car. Lots of scrumptious restaurants on the beaches below, Carrefour 10 minutes and smaller shopping centres even closer. In addition to Satellite TV and a DVD player there is a classy loudspeaker for your iphone! The Lopez are a very friendly, helpful couple always ready to help. There are also oodles of documentation in the flat. We had one of our best four-week winter stays ever. We'll be back!

Un joli appartement avec une vue superbe

Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante dans cet appartement. Jose et Blanca ont fait le maximum pour qu'on se sente chez nous. Le vrai plus de cette adresse, à notre avis, est la très belle terrasse-jardin ou on peut se détendre à l'ombre avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Malaga.

Merveilleux séjour à Malaga avec une superbe vue mer

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez José et Blanca , des hôtes très aimables et très disponibles pour leurs occupants . Leur agréable appartement en rez-de-chaussée, avec une grande terrasse, confortablement aménagée et fleurie correspond en fait à une maison dans les beaux quartiers de Malaga avec une vue imprenable sur la mer . Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique à la Casa de Bianca et à Josée, nous avons été très bien reçus. Ils ont pris le temps de nous accompagner dans leur club privé pour nous présenter le personnel sur le site. Installations sportives: courts de tennis, salle de musculation, piscine de 25 et 50 mètres C'était facile de se garer. Nous avons utilisé le four à BBQ c’estait juste parfait pour une bonne cuisson. L'appartement était propre, nous avons apprécié la climatisation. Nous recommandons à tous si on retourne à Malaga, c'est sûr que ce sera là

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super gastfreundlichen Vermietern

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer und auf Malaga ist toll. Die liebenswerten Vermieter Blanca & José sind sehr gastfreundlich und stehen jeder Zeit zur Verfügung. Sie geben auch jede Menge Tipps für den Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Beautiful!

Had a fantastic week. Even though we arrived at 1am we were given a warm welcome by the owners in person. The following morning we were given lots of information about the area and were actually driven to the private leisure club and beach club that we were able to use as part of our rental. The property has 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 lovely bathrooms, a well equiped kitchen, lounge and dining area. The star of the show however was the outside space. Panoramic views of the Mediterranean, barbeque, shaded seating area, sunbeds and outside dining table. At our departure we were given a send off as if we were long standing friends. Our stay here was so much more than we were expecting, the apartment was everything we could have wanted and our hosts were so lovely to meet and deal with. I am sure we will be back!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir haben das Glück gehabt, 10 Tage in dieser idylischen Umgebung Urlaub zu machen. Die Terrasse war das Highlight an der Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns wertvolle Tips zur Umgebung bzw. zum Essen gegeben. Wir wollen nächstes Jahr wieder dort hinfahren. Herzlichen Dank an die Familie García López. We had the pleasure, to stay on holiday for10 beautiful days in this wonderfull apartment. The terrace was the highlight. The family who rent the apartment are very friendly und gave us very good tips. What to visit, where to eat, where to best supermarket is.... Malaga is also a very nice city wit ha lot to see!! Blanca & Jose er noen fantastiske verter. God oppfølging av bestillingen før ankomst og raske tilbakemeldinger på spørsmål. Flott beliggenhet i åsen ved Candado. Fantastisk utsikt mot Malaga og sjøen. Leiligheten var praktisk med 2 soverom og 2 bad. Rent og pent og godt utstyrt kjøkken. I tillegg vaskemaskin. Blanca & Jose gav oss god informasjon om hva som var tilgjengelig for oss i området, samt tilgang til et treningssenter med svømmebasseng i nærheten. De tok oss til og med på en liten guided tour for å vise oss rundt mht supermarked osv. Fantastisk service! Man bør ha bil når man bor her da det ikke er gangavstand til butikker etc. Det tar ca 10 minutter til Malaga sentrum. Ca 25 minutter til flyplassen og anbefaler da A7. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Fantastic place

We had a very Nice holiday. José and Blanca Was very friendly and helpsome. The House is in a nice, beautiful and Calm area, and the view from the terrasse is breathtaking. We Would Like to visit casa Blanca Again some other time. It is rekommended to have a car or a mountainbike, as the House is i some distance from restaurants, supermarkeds, pool etc. It is very Easy if you have a car.

It was a great choice!

A good place to relax and enjoy : We spent a week in the villa (from 1st to 10th ), a short but intense holliday. A bright and clean house with a magnificent porch and garden were we used to spend most of our time. Views to the sea and the city of Málaga are just breathtaking. The pools of the club are very large and clean, and all the facilities are in really good trim. Emphasis should be put on the very convenient private showers on the beach. Just one objection, food is scarce and a bit expensive in the restaurant, so some “pescaito” in the restaurants by “El Palo” beach is a highly recommended option. The owners , José Antonio and Blanca, were absolutely charming and helpful with everything we asked for, including wise advise for restaurants and places to visit. An important adtvice, better take your car since there are many places to visit and finding a park site is not a problem. We’ll come back if that horrible worldwide crisis allows us to do it
