Located in the historic centre of Spongano is this splendid, recently renovated home, built in full accordance with the traditional architectural style of the Salento region. It is arranged over two levels: on the ground floor, there is a comfortable, fully equipped garden; a living room; a dining room; a spacious kitchen; and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A convenient staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom; one of the bedrooms opens onto a large furnished terrace.
