Surrounded by sunflower fields, vineyards and woods of oak and chestnut trees, it guarantees absolute relaxation and privacy. Ideal for 6 people.

In a panoramic position, overlooking Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding area, in a few minutes allows you to reach many towns with all services. In fact, the farmhouse is located in a strategic position, 5 minutes from the highway Siena - Perugia. In 15 minutes you can reach Cortona, Montepulciano or Lake Trasimeno, in 30 the 'airport of Perugia or the city of Arezzo, in 45 minutes Siena, in an hour Florence. Pienza is 30 km, Bagni a Vignoni 40 km , Rapolano teme 35 km, Assisi 70 km.

We had a truly lovely stay. Gigi could not have been more helpful with dinner recommendations, events and helping ensure our first holiday with our baby went off without a hitch. The property is lovely, secluded and quiet with a great pool and enchanting kitchen and patio. Thank you again!
