This charming 1-bedroom unit is on the 2nd floor, with a private balcony.

Beautiful coastal furniture, lovely artwork, central heat & air, multiple windows providing natural light and view of lush landscaping, porcelain tile, and large-screen Flat Panel TVs in every room. Streaming TV, high speed internet, & private parking for one vehicle.

Fully furnished kitchen with up-to-date appliances. Well-stocked with all the tools needed from brewing a cup of coffee to preparing a gourmet meal.

Access to a large, shared, outdoor heated & cooled swimming pool, conveniently located next door.

Trolly pick up and tickets available for purchase at La Fiesta Ocean Inn, next door, to explore historic downtown.

Pet-friendly for one dog up to 35-pounds. Pet fee is $100.00. All pets must be pre-approved. No dangerous breeds and must be up to date on all shots. Pet owners must pick up behind their dog,

Complimentary beach chairs and towels available. Washer & Dryer on site.

A nearby boardwalk leads to the dunes and ocean. Connect with the beauty of nature by picking up seashells and watching for wild bunnies, turtles, sea gulls, and other critters that live near (or in) the water.

We loved this apartment. It is completely stocked with all your needs. Close to beach, miniature golf, restaurants, and short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Will definitely stay here again. Property Manager, Donna, was the best.

Property was perfect for the two of us. It is steps from the beach and in a very nice area. Not very busy, but close to shops and restaurants. Nice laundry facilities and comfortable furniture. Perfect for our little getaway. We usually stay in Daytona beach, but I believe this will be our new spot. Loved it!

The unit is upstairs and super clean and very nicely decorated. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Appreciated the washer and dryer and beach chairs. And only a couple minute walk to the beach.Beach chairs.
