Le seul point positif de ce logement est son emplacement à proximité de la plage et des restaurants et commerces. C'est ce qui doit justifier son prix pas très bon marché. Vous n'êtes accueillis que par une boite à clé et un message watsapp d'un correspondant de chez Happy rentals. La literie est de très mauvaise qualité et il n'y a pas d'alaise sur les matelas. Le 5ème couchage se trouvant dans la pièce principale (c'est un canapé lit), il est impossible d'y dormir à cause du bruit du frigo. Il y a très peu de couverts au niveau de la cuisine. Il existe une douche extérieure mais inutilisable puisque l'évacuation est bouchée. Il ne faut être très large pour se doucher à l'intérieur car la douche est toute petite.La piscine commune est sale et pas très accueillante. Nous mettons 2 étoiles car l'endroit est idéal pour découvrir les environs mais n'y allez pas pour le confort!

Villetta Relax with pool in residence

La casa è veramente inserita in un contesto molto valido con un giardino splendido e molto spazioso e con un patio coperto che permette di tenere in ombra e fresco il salotto anche nelle giornate più calde accessoriato da un tavolo da giardino in legno da varie sedie coordinate molto comode per il relax o per mangiare all'aperto. Buona la dotazione wi-fi e tv (anche se di piccole dimensioni). Valido il lavabo e la doccia esterna. Le due camere da letto spaziose e con armadi grossi. Soggiorno/cucina spazioso e frigorifero con buona capacità. Dotazione stoviglie più che adeguata, mentre pentolame un po' da aggiornare. Acqua calda mai stata un problema anche nella doccia esterna. La casa è dotata effettivamente di due bagni completi di sanitari e doccia, ma solo uno si trova al piano superiore (box doccia con dimensioni veramente limitate per una persona di corporatura normale) mentre l'altro è raggiungibile dal giardino della casa mediante una scala che scende nel seminterrato dove è posizionata anche una lavatrice molto valida, con una doccia servita da un altro boiler anche questa di dimensioni limitate. Nella descrizione della casa la posizione nel seminterrato del secondo bagno non era specificata, cosa che poteva creare eventualmente problemi per la discesa e la salita per persone anziane. Acqua sempre disponibile e servizio di nettezza urbana molto preciso nella rotazione dei ritiri. Ottimi gli infissi e le zanzariere incorporate, ma mancano delle tende per oscurare la luce del giorno almeno nelle camere da letto. Istruzioni per gestione casa molto precise e assistenza solo a distanza da parte di Happy.rentals veramente attenta e precisa nel risolvere eventuali problemi
