This beautiful one bedroom apartment will seduce you with its perfect location were the oversized terrace is overlooking the gorgeous heated pool. The 730 square feet is very well divided into an open space including the living/dining/kitchen aria , fully renovated with new carpet, furniture and a big one bedroom with a king size bed having direct access to the bathroom and the big walking closet.

You will find 2 flat smart screen TVs , one in the bedroom and one in the living room and a full extensible sleeper sofa for a comfortable accommodation for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Everything you need is included: high speed internet, USA and Canada unlimited calls, linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, etc. You will also find a “in unit” washer and dryer facility.

Perfect location!!

We loved this condo!! The bed was comfortable. 2 large screen TV’s. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was always warm. The location was ideal, close enough to the beach and several golf courses.

Very clean place in a quiet community with heated pool (perfect for kids), comfortable bed, very close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Fast communication with the owner. 5 stars!

Clean, great views and all the comforts of home!

This was a clean, comfortable unit with great views of the pool. It was well-stocked with everything you could need for a long stay. Excellent place to stay!

Wonderful Clearwater

Loved our quiet accommodations on the third floor overlooking the pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Vlad was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The complex is very close to the beach, trails, golf and pickleball. Beals Outlet is right across the street as well as Publix. Abe's restaurant is next door as well. Will definitely be returning next year.
