Welcome to Groomsscott a charming 2-bedroom converted 19th century stable nestled in the quaint village of Trewellard, perfectly situated between the bustling coastal towns of St Ives and St Just. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the traditional charm oak beams with modern comforts. and artistic touches. The property comfortably accommodates up to four guests - two adults and two more in adult size bunks and happily welcomes two dogs at a small additional cost, ensuring that no family member gets left behind.
Stepping inside, you’ll find yourself enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with a chic living area furnished with cosy wood burner. There are plenty of books and magazines to read and the tastefully decorated interior exudes a sense of tranquillity, offering a peaceful sanctuary after a day of exploration. At the front of the cottage is a charming decking area awaits, furnished with comfortable garden furniture, offering the perfect spot to savour your morning coffee; at night wrap yourself up in one of the woollen throws and admire the magnificent night skies.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the surrounding area boasts an array of interesting walks, including the scenic route from Levant to Botallack along the stunning Southwest Coast path, spanning 4 miles of coastal beauty. Should you wish to dine out, the nearest pub is conveniently located just ½ mile away, offering a delicious selection of local fare and refreshing beverages. There is also a local restaurant.
