Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
The location is great (lots of restaurants, free bus stop 001, train station Atocha 15min walk) however the keys wasnt at the location they mentioned (safety box nearby) and we got scared thought it was a fraude. When we finally could do the checkin it wasnt clean (no beds, towels and bathroom clean). There is none amenities so take yours. Also note that hot water is not available if you use two baths at the same time.
