Villa`Champagne` jacuzzi/AC/serenity/1h15 from Geneva
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our cosy house is located in a charming little village Champagne-en-Valromey. Beautiful views, serenity and a relaxed atmosphere.
The house offers an open living room with a dining room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, large terrace and private parking for up to 6 cars.
Air conditioning has been installed in all bedrooms and the living room in July 2024.
New jacuzzi on the terrace.
The house has been partially renovated to keep the charm of its original decoration made for by an original owner, an Italian painter.
Ain is known as the center of velo tourism with numerous trails passing through the village. If you do not have a bike, no worries you can rent eVTT bikes from us!
You can also enjoy kilometres of beautiful walking paths around the area.
Champagne-en-Valromey has all the necessary commerces within 3 min by foot from the house : butcher, bakery shop, pharmacy, bank, cinema ...
Easy access by car with only 1h15 from Geneva, 1h30 from Lyon, 1h from Annecy and 50 min from Aix-les-Bains by car. The closest train stop is only 10 min away.
This is a perfect getaway in the countryside.
All the living area is accessible, only the access to the garages are closed for your security.
You are alone in the house.
Private parking for up to 6 cars.

Nous vous remercions sincèrement pour ce commentaire détaillé. Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez apprécié votre séjour, la qualité de l'équipement de la maison et la magnifique vue depuis la terrasse.
Nous sommes également sincèrement désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés concernant le lit enfant et l'état du jacuzzi, dont l'eau a malheureusement tourné plus rapidement que prévu en raison des fortes chaleurs. Nous regrettons vivement cette situation imprévue. Soyez assurée que nous prenons vos remarques très au sérieux et que nous faisons le nécessaire pour que de telles situations ne se reproduisent plus.
