The house has a very beautiful view of the Bourget lake and the chatillon castle, just opposite. It includes on the ground floor a large living room with open kitchen, as well as the master suite (bedroom with lake view + bathroom). Upstairs are 2 adult bedrooms with their bathrooms, 2 children's bedrooms and a bathroom. Large outdoor terrace with table, chairs (10 people) and barbecue.

Separated from the house by a road, large meadow by the lake with boat slip.

100 meters away, tennis court, marina and supervised beach with rental of pedalos and boats without a license.

Un panorama éblouissant !

Maison spacieuse avec tout confort, face au lac, deux terrasses pour profiter de la vue inégalable en extérieur selon la météo; à 100 mètres du petit port et 200 m de la plage de galets en pente très douce et surveillée; activités nautiques à proximité bien sûr, et même du vol en parapente pour une vue sur le lac, et le Mt Blanc ! Privilège d'un ponton privé au milieu des joncs pour balade en canoé et jardin devant la maison pour jeux ou yoga ! Randonnée vers Hautecombe à 5 kms. Petit bémol pour la propreté, la route un peu bruyante et le ravitaillement en voiture obligatoirement à Chanaz ou Culoz. Lieu adopté à l'unanimité par toute la famille pour sa situation et ses nombreux avantages !
