On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, Living room with sofabed, the "indoor garden room" with artificial grass, outdoor style dining tables and hot tub, and small w/c and toilet.
On the first floor are four bedrooms offering a range of sleeping accommodation including single beds, double beds and bunk beds, together with a family bathroom.
The building has a historic listing as it is where the brothers George and Felix Powell were born, and went on to create "Pack up your Troubles in your old kit bag" in 1915.
With easy access to the main route through North Wales (A55) it's centred in the historic City of St Asaph and provides a great location to explore all the region has to offer. Glan Clwyd Hospital and St Asaph Business Park are also nearby
Once booked a rental contract is sent for electronic situation.
The property includes CCTV cameras on outside areas which are not actively monitored but do record.
