Ty Croes consists of a dining room with dining seating for 8 people and a piano, a charming sitting room with coastal views, a smart TV and woodburning stove, a large kitchen with breakfast bar seating, dishwasher, kettle, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, and woodburning stove. This leads to a living room with woodburner and there is also another separate lounge with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, ground-floor double, twin with en-suite, and single room with single bed plus an extra trundle bed with en-suite. Bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin, and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, heating, oil , electricity, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear lawn, enclosed garden with furniture, charming patio with coastal views, summer house, and pond, and off-road parking for four cars. Sorry, no smoking. Note: The pond is unfenced; children must be supervised at all times. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note this property cannot accept stag/hen groups or similar.
