Windyridge consists of a kitchen with single oven and microwave combination, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area seating seven, a utility/ cloakroom with a washing machine, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower, and x king-sized and en-suite shower, and a single that can turn into a double, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with decking, patio, lawn and furniture, off-road parking for 1 car and further roadside parking on a first come first serve basis. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 a pub. Two well-behaved pets allowed, however please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Windyridge is a pleasant base in Flintshire with a view of the coast. Note: There are sloping ceilings and low door frames in this property, please mind your head. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of GBP450
