This was my first experience renting a VRBO property that is managed as part of a rental pool, rather by an owner, and based on this experience, I will be wary of doing so in the future. The best I can say about it is that it was clean, and in a decent location, about a 20 minute walk from the Port/Arenal. That said, it also backs onto the parking lot a a large supermarket. If the glass is half full, it means a short walk to get supplies. The glass half empty is that you're subjected to the constant slamming of car doors. The unit is really small. The second bedroom is the size of a walk-in closet with two single beds jammed in. There is so little space around the beds that one would have to crawl over the occupant of the first bed to get in and out. I would say it might be suitable for 2 small children, but it is a miserable, airless space with a ceiling fan/light with no discernible way of turning it on.I had hoped to host my son and his new fiancee for a weekend, but had to spend an additional 350 Euros to rent them a hotel room.Rock Rentals, who manage the property, were no joy to deal with. I contacted them on the first day of the rental period--mid-day on a Saturday--and was told that the unit was ready and to come to the rental office.However, when I arrived, the office was locked, and I had to wait 40 minutes in the sun until someone finally arrived. Things actually got worse from there. I could go on, but frankly, I'm trying hard to forget it.

Muy buena ubicación pero necesitado de mejor mantenimiento y limpieza
La ubicación, equipamiento, plaza de parking para coche, zona tranquila, facilidad en la entrada y salida
La limpieza sin duda, muy cara además para como está el apartamento, sobre todo afectando a la cocina, además había cosas que know funcionaban, y hormigas durante toda la estancia por la cocina
