We booked this flat for our nine-day trip to London, and it was really all that we needed. It's a bit small if you have more than three people, but has just about everything necessary. It is in an excellent neighborhood, with two Tube stops no more than 15 minutes away by foot. There is also a bus stop at the top of the street, a two minute walk. There are local restaurants and grocery/convenience stores all over the place, so if you want to get food to cook in it is definitely easy to do. The owners respond quickly if you have any questions, making your stay worry-free.We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to London in the future.
The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and had all the facilities that we required. It wasn't a large apartment but was suitable for our needs.
Kitchen had all pots, pans, utensils etc. and the Wifi was fast.
Check in was very easy, the communication was good and the host was very reactive to any queries,
We thought the location was convenient for it was on a quiet typical London residential street but tube stations and buses were very close.
There is a large garden but we didn't use for it was a short stay.
It was really good value for London and would definitely stay again.
This apartment is unfit for short term rental, threadbare towels and linen,filthy and stained window coverings, exposed piping in kitchen,rusted white goods ant the sickening smell of stale smoke,mould and dust (as advised in another recent review). Needs to be gutted,refurbished and deep cleaned. Paid for 10 days and moved out after 2 days as soon as we could find alternative. Truly disgusting!!!

We wish all our guests to have a great stay in our apartment. If any guests have any concerns or issues during their stay, we are keen to listen, resolve and even offer alternative accommodation of the issue is serious and cannot be resolved.
You did not communicate to us at anytime during the stay, raise any concerns and then sent threats with blackmail after you had left.
Hence, your review is as expected. We do not submit to blackmail and hence we are glad that we were vindicated by the 3rd party agencies.

This was a pretty uncomfortable stay and we ended up staying out of the property as much as we could. Check-in was straightforward. There were cigarettes and trash in the uncared for garden, the house had a strong smell on arrival that never went away. There was a leak from the toilet which pooled in the middle of the bathroom floor, and the bath had a broken plug (so we could only use shower not bath) and was very slow draining. Communication was reasonable but we received messages that someone would come round to fix the problems and they didn’t.
