A beautiful Lodge, which gives a home from home feel.I could not have asked for anything better. It is a peacefularea with a small patio where I sat and listened to the birds singing in the morning, surrounded by trees and greenery. Hythe has a small shopping area with 3 handy Supermarkets and a Post Office and a few other shops, cafes and pubs. It took me a fifteen minute stroll to reach the shops and I could see the sea and boats on the way. Hythe is quaint and I found the people friendly when I asked for directions. The buses go into Southampton and the bus stop is just before the little shopping centre a ten to fifteen walk from the Lodge. The New Forest is not too far away if you drive and Lymington has many amazing shops to visit.
