Nine Vail Road Condos are surrounded by the Four Seasons Hotel, located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $225 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This two bedroom suite features 1000 square feet of living space with vaulted ceilings; one king bed; two twins (can be set as a king); full kitchen; deck and in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Beautiful chalet

We loved staying in vail. This apt had all the comfort and more. Easy check in, super quick response, very nice beds and a full equipped kitchen. We would love to come back. Location top notch as well! Just walk right on to the gondola ( 5 min warming up walk)! We ate at mountain standard and loved it! Highly recommend.

Great place - close to everything

Enjoyed the unit and it’s proximity to all things. It had everything we wanted/needed including a washer/dryer that was a huge plus. Was a little bummed that when we went to use the jacuzzi and heated pool - both were cold. Would def rent that unit again.

Great location in the center of Vail with easy parking in the garage below. Nice 2 BR condo with a large great room. No air conditioning so it was hot the first evening but it was unusually hot in Vail.

mid december long weekend

It is a very lovely condo. Lots of room for 3 of us. Can’t beat the location. We walked all through the village and took the free bus a couple stops to Gondola 1 to ski. Enjoyed the Hot Tub, (very hot) Only negative comments are that The kitchen supplies and bedding are showing their age.

Management is super helpful, responsive and accommodating. Cannot fault them at all. Location is great can walk to village restaurants and easy bus ride to slopes. Comfortable apartment no major problems except that heat was difficult to regulate and it got very hot at night. It is a tad tired with a few glitches. The kitchen could use a few more dishes and pots. Management said it will replenish these so that should be resolved Overall very comfortable and great management support. Thanks

The location is great in the heart of Vail village. Gondola is at a 5 min walk and bus stop is few hundred yds. However the maintenance of the property is poor, poorly lit, has broken blinds and towel bars are broken. Had an issue with hot water on the last evening.

Did you report any issues to my onsite front desk manager? The hot water is coming off a common boiler, and all of them were replaced this fall. The unit is completely inspected prior to all arrivals. I find it difficult to see broken items such as blinds and towel bars. We are in the unit all the time with maintenance.

Comfortable condo at a reasonable price

The complex is located right near the in town bus stop so it was easy to ride the bus to various places on the mountain. It's location is just off the highway which made it easy to park. It's an older complex, but the condo was updated and nice. Only issue was it stayed a little warm inside and the fan in the bedroom was either on super high or off.
