Villa Cortina Vail Village, Walk To Lifts

Villa Cortina Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located just a short 5 minute walk to Gondola One, and all of the Village’s amenities. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub; free WIFI; free uncovered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

This two bedroom two bath suite features living space; one king bed; two queen beds; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

The Villa Cortina location is a cost-effective way to be in the middle of the Vail village, within walking distance of everything as well as on the village bus route. The condo is comfortable and pristine, and the check-in and check-out was quite convenient.

Perfect location in Vail Village with easy access to Lionshead. Great layout for 2 couples. Very responsive when we pointed out a squeaky door and leaking shower head. Easy access for parking, building and pool/hot tub. Only negative was flat pillows. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Solid option for ski trip

Vail Realty was super professional and highly responsive. Service was 5 star. Good location: 3-4 min walk to the Intown bus. The unit was very clean and only had a few very minor issues, such as toaster didn’t work, kitchen drain needed to be cleared…property manager was responsive to issues.

Great Location

The location was perfect for going to dinner at night and walking around the village. I would not walk to the Gondola from the location in ski boots but the city bus picks you up across the street so not an issue. The beds and sofa need updating as they are not the most comfortable. PS Bring your own condiments, soap and shampoo.

We enjoyed our stay in the city of Vail and the location for this condo to Vail Village and the gondola was very good. This said, the condo itself is very dated and had little appeal other than location. The kitchen is not adequately equipped and has older dishes and rusting pans, limited utencils and only one trash bag as an example. The carpet and furniture needs to be updated. In particular the beds, sheets, blankets, towels and pillows are very poor. We slept poorly given the beds and pillows being really old and uncomfortable. There was not any soap in the bathrooms, limited toilet paper and towels. There was little information in the condo for local services which made it difficult to navigate. The accommodations are on par with a mid to low range hotel. For the price charged, the value was not on par to what we expected. There was little care to making this a special experience.

The pictures were recent. The property was in great shape. Check in process was easy. The unit is on the first floor so that was an added treat. Kitchen had what we needed. Comfortable. Didn't hear much noise from the neighbors :-) Never made it to the pool. Its a 8-10 minute walk to the lift. But there are some lockers/storage you can rent in the basement of a building on your left when looking at Gondola One that you can rent. This way you can walk to the lift in your shoes and put your boots on Just outside of Gondola One.

Great get away!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. New appliances, great beds, and large showers! Awesome location too! Right across the street from the village which has great food and shopping. The only thing we ran into that we didn't expect was that the condo wasn't cooled which was a bit of an issue on a couple of the days but otherwise we had a great time.

Right close to the heart of Vail village. A bit of a walk to the slopes but not too bad. Only downside is you are stuck using the gondola for the first lift up the mountain.

We loved staying at this property! It had absolutely everything we needed and was nicely updated! The location could not have been more perfect. We had to deal with a little construction noise going on in the condo above us and the jets in the bath tub weren’t cleaned very well but everything else was great! We also couldn’t find any check out instructions or a “property book.” Would stay here again for sure!

It's always a little nerve-wracking to book a place so far from home, but the condo at Villa Cortina was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. Also, quiet which is very important to someone who doesn't sleep very well. The mgmt at Vail Realty couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I look forward to staying at this property again come winter.
