Rustic cottage in the beautiful Dordogne
Charming rustic cottage, set in a small Hamlet within La Foret de la Double The Double Forest, 50,000 hectares of ancient forest. Private and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and fabulous walks through the forest on the doorstep.
To the rear of the property is a large deck with table and chairs and relaxer chairs, BBQ and views of the lake.
Inside a small eat-in kitchen, large lounge with woodburner for the cooler months, two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with large shower.
Ten minutes drive to large town of Montpon Menesterol with all services and supermarkets. Fifty minutes to Bergerac and an hour to Bordeaux. Close to St Emillion, vineyards and Chateau and historical sites.
