Welcome to the charming apartment with a spacious private terrace of approximately 100 m2! This apartment is located in a building with an elevator and offers direct access to a communal terrace and pool, which will undoubtedly increase the comfort and enjoyment of your stay. In addition, you have the option of private parking for €20 per day for greater convenience. The closest metro stations to this building are Joanic, Diagonal and Fontana, which makes it easy to access Barcelona's points of interest.

The Apartment with Pool and Terrace in the Center for 10 can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 3 double rooms with a double bed and 8 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals during your stay.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
