Discover this rural house in Coín designed for comfort and family enjoyment. With capacity for 10 people, this 240 m² dwelling extends over two floors, offering spacious interior areas with AirZone climate control system so you can regulate the temperature to your liking. On the ground floor, you will find a living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more), a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower tray and a television or work room that also functions as a laundry and storage area.
The upper floor is dedicated to rest, with four bedrooms: three with double beds (one with an en-suite bathroom) and one children's room with a trundle bed, all with a desk and space for luggage. Additionally, there is an additional bathroom in the hallway. A rest corner with views of nature invites relaxation or enjoying a quiet moment reading or making calls.
Outside, enjoy a private garden with a swimming pool, a children's area with a swing for the little ones, garden furniture and a perfect barbecue for family gatherings. The fenced plot guarantees privacy and security, while the beautiful views of the mountain and the rural environment will help you disconnect from urban stress.
The location is another strong point: just minutes by car from the urban center of Coín and the La Trocha Shopping Center, where you will find supermarkets and restaurants. Additionally, you will be close to numerous attractions such as golf courses (Alhaurín Golf and Lauro Golf), natural parks (Juanar Refuge), sandy and rocky beaches in Fuengirola, Mijas and Marbella, as well as water parks and leisure areas for the whole family. Málaga airport and train and bus stations are less than 40 km away, facilitating access from anywhere.
