The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, and we were able to walk to most destinations easily. Getting the key from a different place was inconvenient after we arrived with all of our luggage. We lost power twice, and it wasn’t obvious where to find the power box to reset it. Overall, it was a good place to stay!
We had a nice stay and the communication with Amy was excellent. The apartment is well located (within 10 minutes walk to Temple bar). The system to get the keys and return them back is not user friendly though and the apartment would benefit a little of fresh paint. The kitchen is equipped with the minimum for a family of 4 so we could have some meals at the appartment. Overall, good stay!

The apartment is very spacious but is very old, has old style appliances/ heating, and is in a poorly maintained old building with graffiti outside. Kitchen has good set of pots and utensils. Plumbing is somewhat marginal. You can walk to the heart of Dublin across the river in 20-25 minutes. It was necessary to walk several blocks to pick up keys. Renting agency communicated well.
As other reviews noted, this is located in a central spot which allowed for easy walks to areas of interest and great restaurants (loved Krewe!). Communication with the host was timely and mostly helpful. The only two challenges are the check-in process (way too complicated and involved too many steps across distance) and the mattresses. The apartment is comfortable, quiet, and well appointed, but the beds are incredibly uncomfortable.
I never received detailed instructions on how to get into the building and apartment, but I was able to figure it out. The place was not as accommodating as I would have expected for the price. The location was OK, not the best area, but close enough to everything else that you can walk to other places easily.
The apartment was well equipped, although the TV only had apps that you would have to use your own log in on. The main drawback was having to pick up the key at a hostel near the river - a 15 minute walk or 15 minute drive in bad traffic. The key then had to be returned to the hostel after check out.
Excellent location and a quiet, well-maintained building and flat. Two issues: a TV with great difficulty accessing programs and a shower that was under-powered and a bit on the slippery side. Still - an overall good experience. Add to that, a quirky heating system that was fine when warm, but hard to regulate with respect to timing. Better instructions needed there.

The unit itself was comfortably large for two couples. The neighborhood had plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We particularly liked W Plunket on Abbey street and went there several nights. It's a bit of a taxi ride to get to the other hangout spots like Baggot Street or the Guinness storehouse. It's about a 15 minute walk to the place that you pick up your keys, which wasn't bad, but we arrived about an hour before check in and there was no way to access the keys early. The number provided by the host went straight to voicemail. The unit itself was clean and nice. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were particularly uncomfortable. Washing machine was nice to have and we used it with no issues. Also note, there was only one set of keys so that required a bit of coordination any time our group wanted to split up.
