With over 4,000 sq. ft. of living space, there’s room for everyone to relax and unwind. Enjoy movie nights in the dedicated theater, challenge friends in the game room, or simply lounge by the wet bar.

Families with children will love the kids’ room featuring three bunk beds, perfect for sleepovers and laughter-filled nights. After a day of adventure, unwind in the hot tub, fire up the grill, or gather around one of two firepits for cozy evenings under the stars.

The first firepit, located under a covered gazebo, can be enjoyed rain or shine. For a truly scenic experience, take a short 100-ft hike uphill to the second firepit, where you can share stories and create lifelong memories surrounded by mountain views.

Just 5 minutes away, Strouds Run State Park offers endless outdoor activities — boating, swimming, fishing, or hiking along its beautiful 10-mile lakeview trail.

🚪 The property features two entrances:

The main entrance includes steps leading up to the home.

The second entrance, through a screened-in porch, offers direct access from the parking lot, making it ideal for seniors or guests with limited mobility.

🌳 Property Boundaries

Our property sits on 5 spacious acres, and guests are welcome to explore anywhere within those boundaries. However, crossing beyond the property lines and entering neighboring properties is strictly prohibited. If you’d like to hike, there are plenty of beautiful public trails nearby at Strouds Run State Park.

🚗 Parking:

Maximum 6 cars allowed to be parked . ( 5 cars for parking and 1 additional car for deliveries ) Any additional car parked on the driveway or parking lot will be billed 100$ per day per car , this is to avoid damage to our driveway and avoid unauthorized parties/events.

Events, Parties & Visitor Policy

Our property is a private vacation home and is not a party venue or event space. To help protect the property, respect our neighbors, and ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules:

No parties, events, receptions, or gatherings are permitted at any time.
Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. This includes daytime visitors. No additional visitors or unregistered guests are permitted unless approved by us in writing before arrival.
Parking is limited to a maximum of six (6) vehicles: five (5) guest vehicles and one (1) additional vehicle for deliveries or service providers.
Any unauthorized vehicle parked on the driveway or parking area beyond the six-vehicle limit will incur a $100 per vehicle, per day fee.
Vehicles may not be parked on the grass, along the driveway outside designated parking areas, or in a manner that blocks access.

These policies are in place to prevent unauthorized parties and events, comply with our occupancy limits, and protect our driveway and parking areas, which are not designed to accommodate excessive vehicle traffic.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation without a refund, and/or removal from the property in accordance with the booking platform's policies.
