Great kitchen and nice apartment; super clean including the renovated bathrooms. However, there was a "smell" in the apartment that we didn't love... it didn't seem to come from either bathroom and we couldn't locate it, but if the windows were closed, it didn't smell great. Communication was fantastic. it was a great stay in an AMAZING LOCATION!!! We would come back, for sure.
We had a wonderful stay and will be bookings again in the future. Location was amazing and the place was clean and adorable. However, it would be nice if more towels were left in the apartment.

Thank you for your feedback! we are glad you enjoyed your stay !
Very close to The Vatican . Excellent for family stay and within walkable distance to major attractions in Rome. Definitely, it could be my first choice to stay during my next visit to Rome.

Great location to the vatican. Everything you need is within short walking distance. Amazing market across the street to get anything you need. Check in process was smooth and efficient. The apartment met the needs of our group of 6. Would 100% stay here again.
The Jubilee Apartment was one of the best places we have stayed! Very clean, updated and in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. It was just 2 blocks from the Vatican, and we walked to almost all the major attractions from the apartment. Also, many great restaurants and cafes close by, as well as a huge market right across the street. Finally, the subway station is just a 5-7 minute walk. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip!!
The apartment was very nice and as advertised. Location was excellent for Vatican based activities but took some extra walking for sites on the other side of the river. The personal check in was great.
Four of us stayed here prior to our transatlantic cruise. The place was even better than advertised. It was only 2 blocks to the Vatican entrance and about 4 blocks from the Metro station. Lots of restaurants in the area that even have some of them open late. Walked down and got pizza to go from one that was open until 1am. The indoor farmers market directly across from the building entrance was huge. So many vendors there. Would definitely stay again if coming back to Rome.

We stayed at Jubilee Apartment near the Vatican Museums for 6 nights. While the apartment itself located at 3rd floor and was generally okay and met basic expectations, our experience was overshadowed by a persistent and unpleasant smell that we couldn’t identify. It was present throughout our entire stay and made it difficult to fully relax or feel comfortable. The location is convenient, and the space was functional, but the odor really detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless this issue is properly addressed.

Hi Serhiy, thanks for your time in reviewing our property!
We are quite surprised in reading your words, since during your stay you never informed us about that issue. Since we are caring and professional hosts, knowing about that inconvenience, we would have intervened to understand what the problem was.

Excellent location, in front of markets. Walking distance to restaurant, metro, city buses. Walking distance to vaticano museum. Walkable for kids. Place was kid friendly. It was on the second floor. Can use elevator. We only use it for luggage because it was easier for us party 5 to use the stairs.
Our stay was perfect in every way, we cannot wait to return.
-outstanding communication and assistance from the property manager and support staff
-beautiful apartment with a spacious inviting kitchen that lends itself perfectly to the preparation of summer lunches and dinners
-across the street from an indoor market that gives the visitor a taste of authentic Roman life. Not to be missed:
La Bottega Pork and Roll (artisanal sausages, mortadella etc.) Chef Box (don't miss the Carbonara, the best we had in Rome), Dal Chicchettaro for Parmigiano, Pecorino Romano and olive oil from Sicily .
-close to metro and busses
Lovely big apartment a stones throw from the Vatican Museums. Two bedrooms are large, ceilings are incredibly high. The en suite bathroom toilet is a bit awkward - definitely not good for anyone with a mobility issue. The larger hallway bathroom has more room. The induction stovetop was impossible to start, despite getting instructions from the company, but there was a microwave so that was fine. The living area sofa bed was also large and comfortable. We did have issues with the clothes dryer but didn’t bother the company with it as it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone (in fact, I have already).
We loved our stay at the flat and were welcomed and given everything we needed for a great 5 night stay in Rome. We used the local Metro and even rode a few busses to get all around Rome. I used the laundry and dishwasher twice during our stay and it was convenient. Two things to know, Rome has aroma of sulfur that I was not prepared for be you get used to it quickly. The bathroom in the attached room, the toilet is very close, 6 inches from the shower wall. It was a change for my husband, being 6’4 and a little older to navigate. We just switched bathrooms used by family and it all worked out. The market is close and an experience to behold and the pharmacy around the corner was excellent. Great food and great location for families that want walk a little to get where they are going. Also, it is a 2nd floor apartment with steps or use of a single elevator. That was handy with luggage. This flat was excellent for us!
