What an amazing property ! Four generations enjoyed the mountain stream in different capacities- the youngest generation played in the creek while the great grandparents relaxed in the many seating areas along the banks. The young and old alike enjoyed gathering around the fire pit in the cool evenings. The waterfall and the creek sounds were therapeutic and we were able to have a brief respite from the busyness of life. The outside cabin was musty from all of the rain and humidity but Toni was quick to respond and had an air filter delivered the same day.

He warms my heart when I hear that families come together in such a beautiful place and enjoy just staying on the property and enjoying it even though there are several amenities that you could go to. I’m hoping the air filter will work, but I also bought a dehumidifier just in case so I will have both in there so we don’t have a musty problem going forward.
Our 3 families ( 6 adults , 7 children ( ages 7-15)just spent a wonderful 5 days on this lovely property . Very young children or adults w/ mobility issues would have difficulty w/ multi - rock steps , tree roots, & steep drops to the streams . The balconies and pavilion attached to the guest cabin were enjoyed by all with the bubbling stream down below. The house while very comfortable could use some updating in kitchen and bathrooms. The Host responded quickly to our questions and needs. We’d like to return to this property in the future!

So So glad you had a good time.. It’s interesting. You mentioned that the kitchen and bathroom needs remodeling because that’s on my agenda for this coming up winter. Just trying to decide how I wanna design it.
Booked this home for a golf trip for 12 friends. Guest house was great, owner communicated regularly, and location was fantastic. Had a great stay. Seems like home would be great for families, as well.
Beautiful setting, peaceful and relaxing. Gathering spot for family and friends. Celebrated my sisters 60th birthday with 20 guests who all stayed innRambling Bald at the blue green townhomes. This home was the perfect spot to get together for meals and socializing.
We had an amazing stay. This property is beautiful. There are a lot of steps but absolutely amazing views. The river sounds wonderful sitting on the porch.
We had a wonderful time . We chose this home because our grandchildren love creeks and the one in this property did not disappoint. There is so much space to roam around and get together for small or big groups. The home is clean and comfortable. We will plan to go back as soon as possible. We were having so much fun on the property and at the resort pools, lake, etc that we did not desire to go visiting around to the many things to do in the area. Next time we are there maybe we can convince the group to leave and venture out.We made simple boats and decorated them. We had many races with them We also had rubber ducky races. The kids rode down the stream on inner tubes, fished, caught crawdads, and splashed around to their hearts content.

II’m so glad you had such a good time when I take my family there they never wanna leave the property.
This was our group's second year coming to this spot. The stream and pavilion are singular features among rental options. Great place to relax with friends and family. We'll be back!
Trout Stream Home is on a fabulous creek with several outdoor gathering spaces including a huge pavilion with grill and fireplace. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable with lots of bed choices. The kitchen has everything that you will need for a great vacation.
A week filled with family time, lots of resort activities such as golf, pool, Fourth of July golf cart entry, and day trips to nearby points of interest. The house and amenities met all our needs. The stream was refreshing and relaxing.
We enjoyed our time at this house. There are a lot of places for everyone to sleep with nice size beds. The stream in the backyard is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing to listen to. The neighborhood is beautiful along with the mountain views. We were able to rent golf carts at the clubhouse. All of the club staff members were very friendly. This rental comes with a lot of perks and things to do.
Beautiful and comfortable home to spend time with family. The owner, Toni, was so accommodating and helpful, answering any questions we had re: our stay. From the peaceful stream that runs through the property, to the safe and perfect s’mores fire pit and guest cabin, complete with pavilion, all of us had a great vacation!

Beautiful time with family.
Relaxing and refreshing time. Excellent house for large families. Love the running brook, especially during the huge rain we had, it became white water coming down the stream, awesome.

I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Family time is so special.
Awesome property on a wonderful stream. The grandkids loved getting in the stream and fishing. The sound of the stream on the porch is soooo relaxing! Even got to see bears which was a treat!
Comfortable accommodations for 10 people and 1 kid. The property is even better in person. On-site amenities at resort were great. Enjoyed playing golf on resort and nearby golf courses. Easy day trips to Tryon to tour wineries and Asheville for breweries. Near great great restaurants.
This was the perfect property for our family reunion. The trout stream, bridge, and large sheltered area attached to the bunkhouse are unique features. Trout stream is beautiful and provides perfect background noise. I think this was the best overall property I have ever rented.
