This is a fabulous 2 bedroom apartment with stunning golf views and retractable glass curtains on the terrace so can be used all year round!



The accommodation is equipped with: lift access, garden furniture, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, padle and tennis court, central heating, air conditioning in the living room, communal swimming pool, garage car parking in the same building, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French), DVD.



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.



With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!



The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.



The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.



Our guests staying at La Torre also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English, French and Arabic.

3-month stay in La Torre

The office was only 2 minutes walk away, so if there were any minor issues, Murcia Hol Rentals were able to help really quickly, particularly with minor things at the start (how the heating/AC works etc.) and if there were any issues they were very fast to act, even out of hours. The apartment itself was absolutely kitted out - every little holiday item you can think of from clothes horses to hairdryers to kitchen utensils. I was expecting to have to fork out a few hundred euro to get stocked up but I didn't need to. I found the apartment lovely, overlooking the 4th hole and a swimming pool, a spacious balcony either side with glass shutters on one of them. Would 100% recommend and I'm a very naturally skeptical person. Can be a bit chilly in winter even with heating due to the Spanish design of the housing but this was very minor. I think a couple of the radiators might need bled before next winter as only parts of them heated up.
