The Flat is nice and i can see the potential. Open plan, good wifi and sky glass tv. The issue was that the listing is not correct and there is no mention of the current state of repair. . The entire building has been condemned as the cladding is a fire risk and is currently a building site with scaffolding throughout. The industrial lights shine straight into the bedroom window all night. The signage has been taken down. There are building material everywhere. The key fob to gain access to the parking doesn’t work so there was no parking. It was also not as clean as I’d expect- building dust ingress, grease and grime above the hob extractorI contacted the host “Sykes cottages”Twice via vrbo and twice on email. No response. I’ve raised a complaint with vrbo.
