Ventnor is a traditional Victorian seaside town, which has a fabulous range of boutique shops and fine eateries, renowned for its beach and bustling arts scene with the Isle of Wight’s award-winning Ventnor Fringe Festival that takes place every summer, and the Ventnor Botanical Gardens which has over 23 acres of wide-open spaces containing rare, subtropical plants and trees which flourish in the unique microclimate enjoyed on the south coast of the island. Just a short drive from the property are the bustling seaside towns of Shanklin and Sandown, providing miles of glorious sandy beaches and entertainment for the whole family.

For convenience a utility cupboard houses a washer/dryer.
Wake up to sea views in the spacious, double-aspect master bedroom. Featuring a comfortable double bed, bedside drawers with lamps, a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Across the hall is the family bathroom with a rainfall shower over bath, wc, heated towel rail and hand basin.
Perfect for families or friends, the twin bedroom has beds that can be combined into a super king (on request at least 7 days prior to arrival), this room has ample storage including bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
Parking under ground for 1 car, access to the main building can be via a lift.
EV charging is available at an additional charge of £40.

PLEASE NOTE:
A pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken, unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
There is electric car charger on site available at an additional charge of £40 in advance of arrival. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest will be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday.
We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival. A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
