At 1,000 sq feet, this condo has all the amenities to make your vacation an incredible experience. This is a two-bedroom, one full bath and one half bath unit. Recent 2023 improvements include: a fresh new coat of paint in all the living areas, new LR rug and newly repuholstered LR chairs; new flooring in laundry area, new side-by-side washer and dryer, and new cabinetry over them; a new furnace unit in the laundry room, now hidden from view; a new pantry with access from the laundry room, and a new deck. (The unit was entirely overhauled in 2016 with new kitchen, new full and half baths, and all new bedding and furniture.)
Summer has arrived! Zoll Park has a small beach and is the perfect place for a plunge and is only a block away. It’s also and the perfect launch site for kayaks and paddle boards. Ride bikes to Petoskey or up M119 through the Tunnel of Trees. Take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront to the shops, restaurants and Lyric Theatre in downtown Harbor Springs. Cook out in the private back yard on the gas grill. Snuggle beside the gas-log fireplace on cool evenings.
The Farmer's Market on Main Street is now open on both Wednesdays and Saturdays--just a short walk away. Wander through the booths in search of fresh produce and fresh-cut flowers.
Fall is the perfect time to enjoy the leaves changing color. And winter! The condo is a 20 minute drive from Nubs Nob or Boyne. Nubs has fantastic cross-country trails, as does Birchwood and Pond Hill. Minimum rental period, per the condo association rules, is one (1) week. Please contact me for discounted rate opportunities.

About the host
Hosted by Debbie Taggart

I've been spending my summers in Harbor Springs for more than 40 years and I have grown to love the area. I made Harbor Springs my permanent home around 6 years ago, and this condo was my home until this spring. I now rent it out for most of the year. My kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with every imaginable herb and spice which renters are welcome to use. I even have a Kitchen-Aid stand mixer. But why would you want to cook when incredible restaurants are just down the street!
Why they chose this property
I bought this property because of its convenient location to Zoll Park. I have paddle boards and kayaks and the proximity to the water made it easy for me to launch them. (I still keep them in my garage due to the easy access to the water!) I also like the privacy and the serenity--my unit is away from the street and the deck looks out over green space and a privacy hedge.
What makes this property unique
My cosy condo was my home for many years, and the furnishings reflect that of a home and not a rental. I have artwork and books and items I've collected from my many trips displayed throughout the condo. My cabinets are stocked with every item imaginable, including coffee and tea; all the herbs, vinegars, oils and spices you could possibly need; and laundry detergents. That makes me a somewhat unique "landlord" in this area.
