About the host

Hi. My name is Hayley and I own Mantilly Holiday Cottage. I come from Derbyshire in the United Kingdom, I moved to france in November 2022. Back in the UK I used to have a wild camping site on a farm in the North Pennines and I also used to rent the spare room to walkers. I decided to rent my property as I enjoy meeting new people and it is a very beautiful area of france to come and visit.

Why they chose this property

I chose this area of Normandy as I had close links for visiting family in the UK and also for people visiting here. There is a lot of history in the area, from the war. Paris is easy to reach and is just a couple of hours away by train. The coast is within easy reach and is around an hours drive away. The house is in a small quaint village, surrounded by beautiful countryside.

What makes this property unique

My property sleeps 12 people in 4 bedrooms, with a large sofa bed in the lounge. so it is ideal for large family’s or groups of friends to come on holiday together and visit the beautiful area. It has everything that you require for your stay and plenty of room to spread out.
