About this property

Dog Friendly with parking, EV charger and a living/cinema room with log burner

Stable Cottage is set in a quiet rural location but only just over 5 miles from Falmouth and a mile from the creeks of the Helford River. It's fully equipped for family living but equally cosy for 2 with a wood-burner and oil fired central heating - plus 85" TV for cosy nights in. Stable sleeps up to 8 in 3 upstairs bedrooms (one en-suite) and a downstairs snug with bedsettee. There is parking for 2 cars and an EV charger directly outside the front door and parking for a 3rd smaller car at the rear. Dogs are our favourite visitors - there are lovely, if slightly hilly, walks from the doorstep, the gardens are fully enclosed and the environment is very safe with little if any passing traffic. The rear garden has an outdoor shower for sandy paws and beach gear. Falmouth is a buzzing University town with many great restaurants and cafes and we're spoilt for choice for beaches being close to Falmouth's 4 beaches and The Lizard Peninsular.
