About this property

Small 'rustic' holiday house with stunning view

Small "rustic" holiday home (40 m²) in beautiful Macari, a town near San Vito lo Capo in Sicily, with a stunning view of the sunset over the sea from the terrace.

The house consists of a dining room with a kitchen, 3 small bedrooms that sleep 5 people (double bed, bunk bed, single bed), and a small bathroom with a shower.
We have mosquito nets on all the windows, but NO (!) Wi-Fi or TV in the house. We have small portable air conditioners.

There is a beautiful terrace in front of the house that is shaded in the morning (by the house) and in the late afternoon (by the tree in front of the house). Behind the house, you’ll find an outdoor shower—refreshing in the summer (no hot water)—a BBQ, and a pizza oven.

The house is ideal for you if you want to relax in a somewhat secluded area: the nearest neighbors are 30 metres up the road. The beach and the nearest restaurant are a 5- to 10-minute drive away. San Vito lo Capo, with supermarkets, restaurants, and nearly 3 km of sandy beach, is a 10- to 15-minute drive away.

Pur mantenendo uno stile rustico, la casa è completa di tutto quello che serve. Il contesto è molto tranquillo ed il panorama eccezionale. negli spazi esterni ci sono doccia, lavandino e griglia.La casa è ideale per chi è capace di rinunciare ad alcune piccole comodità (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, tv...) per godere di una vacanza in relax in un contesto del tutto naturale ed isolato. Abbiamo passato delle buone giornate
