Dont do it!!
Short trip to area on short notice. It was what we needed with several rooms and a couple bathrooms and the price was very reasonable compared to a hotel. The problems started when we got the house reserved and they went to process the card it was flagged as fraud (due to the owners being in the UK). As soon as i saw we had a message i checked and saw that there was an issue with the payment. We only had 1.5 days to get it straightened out. I tried to call the number several times but it would not work (due to it being an international call). I called VRBo and they called and got through and we were able to tell them to run it again. I got no response after that, no statements saying that it was clear. Nothing stating that they had processed it. So i started messaging them, with no response. I called VRBO again withing 24 hrs of us checking in. They couldn't get a response either, so we left a message. Nothing. No scheduled check in info, nothing to show they ever received anything. So im now 2 hrs from arriving and call VRBO again cause i still have not gotten a response. They can't get through. 28 mins before check in i receive a breif text with info to get in.grass not mowed, fence broken down, front door lock is broken, house is not clean, it smells very strange. Some of the windows were unlocked, there are personal items through out the whole house, ants crawling all over, back deck had loose board over a hole. The beds seemed clean and they had good towels but...
