The property itself is in a great location - only 5 mins walk to the beach. It is well equipped and a good size for the price. Unfortunately the downstairs had an infestation of ants, the upstairs and bedroom at the front of the house were unbearably hot and the carbon monoxide detector went off several times on our second to last day. I did contact the host who said it was probably a low battery and would send someone out but it was very unsettling and scared my children so we decided to leave a day early as we all felt a bit anxious about it. To be fair to the host they were very easy to contact and did offer to sort things out so I cannot complain about that. It was just our personal choice not to stay the last night given everything

Thank you for your fair and balanced feedback. We’re pleased you liked the location and found the property well equipped and good value. We completely understand why the alarm would have been unsettling, particularly with children. We’re pleased you were able to contact our team easily and that assistance was offered. We appreciate you bringing the other points to our attention so they can be reviewed and followed up. Kind regards, The 2cHolidays Team
