Family vacation

Favorite place to stay for family vacation. Beautiful view of ocean from our Villa. Great pool within walking distance. The Villa had plenty of room for family of 10. Destin Commons is close by filled with restaurants, entertainment, grocery store and shopping.

This property was great access to the pool and the beach is so convenient. Even though on the first floor the patio is elevated enough to see the ocean from the patio and even in the kitchen. Loved this unit would definitely come back with our family

Wow! We all loved the beautiful Condo. It had a lot of really beautiful and comfortable furniture. The decorations were just right. Kitchen was well appointed. No regrets about booking this place. The parking garage was an added bonus. The views of the Emerald Beach were glorious! We’ll be back!!

Exactly as pictured on Vrbo site. Grandchildren (teens) thoroughly enjoyed the beach and pool as well as nearby attractions. The adults were big fans of the patio as even when it was chilly we could enjoy the sun out of the wind. Will definitely return. 5 star experience!

Great condo

Loved this condo, our favorite in Destin so far. Pool and beach are short walks, which is nice when you’re hauling stuff to the beach. Condo was clean and had plenty of pots and pans if you wanted to cook. The only negatives I could find were the ice machine didn’t work but fridge had plenty of ice and no Keurig. Other than that we couldn’t have been more pleased with this stay.

Very luxury place. One of my best experience. Safety was esencial and was perfect for kids and "special" kids, we never feel scare for them going to the pool or the ocean. Kids enjoy a lot. Rooms very comfortable and private for each member of the family. I totally recommend and come again every vacation. VC 104 is awesome and I hope next year I'll get a get a better price ✌🏻

We had so much fun on our yearly, family vacation and enjoyed some yummy seafood while in Destin also. We have chose a different spot for the past four years but I think we have finally found our summer destination spot going forward!! There was 8 adults and three children under the age of five and we were all very comfortably in #104. Very beautiful condo all around! I have already recommended to several friends and other family members! The Huff Family will be back in 2017!! 😊

We had a great stay. This condo was in a perfect location on the first floor. We only had one tiny issue and that was being able to hear the weights being lifted and dropped in the early morning. A sign was put out to please not drop weights so early and the issue was resolved :) This part of the beach (Crystal Beach) is perfect because there are 1 row of umbrellas and you have a perfect view each day! Highrises have 4 and 5 rows of umbrellas!

Grad House 2016

Overall, my family and I had a wonderful time! We came out from Virginia, Missouri, Colorado, and Texas to celebrate my sister's graduation from Florida State. It was the perfect location and I spent many lovely hours gazing out at the ocean with my family and cocktails. We also had a cookout and utilized the convenient gas grills. The only negative we had was that the dishwasher control panel busted shortly into our stay rendering it inoperable. However, we were able to speak with a manager who provided compensation for the trouble so I have no complaints there! I wish we never had to leave the condo!

We would definitely rebook although there were a few things that were not inline wth a million dollar unit: all drawers in the refrigerator were broken, the walls were patched, but unpainted, and we had German roaches scurrying around the kitchen cabinets and floor. 360 Blue was very attentive and someone was sent immediately to address our concerns.

We stayed in a different unit two years ago. I’m not sure if it’s just this unit or overall wear and tear on the entire property, but the level of quality and upkeep was definitely not up to par. The carpets were stained, the living room couches were dirty, doors and door frames had dark marks from wear, and the master shower had a heavy coat of mildew along the base. There was also grass and debris on top of one of the duvets as though someone had set something on the bed. The beach and pool area were nice. Although we weren’t given an access code to the gates to access the pool/beach - had to ask another guest for help. The directions for using the unit’s cable were frustrating. There were multiple remote controls and none labeled by the name provided in the app’s instructions. We tried to call the night we arrived to request help. The message on the answering machine said the office was open until 8 but no one picked up. We were disappointed the property had gone downhill so much in just a couple of years.

Great Views

Clean, well stocked condo with beautiful views and great pool and beach access. Grounds are well kept. Master bedroom and bath are large and comfortable. Guest bedrooms need storage, so suitcases and clothes are not on the floor. Recommend Villa Coyaba!
